How do I place an order online?

We can help you, it isn't too hard

You can place an order online using a PO or a credit card, you can also email your PO to our orders team (orders@biossusa.com) to place your order. The process begins the same for ordering online.

Selecting items of interest

• You would search for your item of interest using the antibody target or the catalog # of the antibody if you already know it. You can filter your results using the options on the left side of your screen.
• Once you have found your desired antibody, proceed to the product page. From there you can
  choose the quantity and size (if multiple size choices are available) then click "ADD TO CART".
• If your institution has a FedEx account that you would like to use for shipping, include this information in the notes section of the cart.

Checking Out

• After all desired items have been added to the cart, enter your shopping cart by clicking the icon of the shopping cart in the top right of your desktop screen.
• *If you are purchasing with a PO, enter your PO# here in the notes section of the shopping cart.*
• You can add any other order instructions here, then click Check Out to continue.
• You may checkout as a guest, log in to an existing account, or save your information to make future purchasing easier and streamlined.
• At this point, you can enter discount codes that you may have to apply them to your order.

Shipping

• Enter your shipping address information and click continue to shipping.
• Select your desired shipping option and click Continue to payment.
• If your institution has a FedEx account that you would like to use for shipping, include this information in the notes section of the cart.

Billing/ Payment

• If you are paying with a credit card, enter your credit card information here.
• If you are paying with a PO, select this option if you have already entered your PO# in your cart. If you have not, return to your cart and enter your PO# now.
• If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, leave this option selected.
• If your billing address is different than your shipping address, select Use a different billing address and proceed to enter your billing address.
• Select Complete Order to complete and submit your order!

Now you just wait for your great antibodies to arrive. We will send an email containing the tracking information when the item has shipped.
