At what temperature will you ship my order?

We will ship your order on Blue gel ice blocks

We keep your antibodies/ items temperature stable in our insulated packaging with sealed gel ice blocks. Once you receive your items store them as recommended by the datasheet.

In general:

• Unconjugated items should be stored at -20°C
• Conjugated items should be stored at 4°C
